Want to get rid of extra fat?? Well…these simple rules will help you accomplish your goal in a healthy way.
- Drink LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of water- about 10 glasses per day. I know it sounds too much but it wont take long until your body gets used to it.
- EXERCISE DAILYY!! It is recommended that you exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day. Sometimes I get only 10 minute of excersice, but even those 10 minutes help a lot!
- AVOID SUGARY DRINKS! I used to have coke everyday. It was not until I stopped drinking it that I realised how much weight you can loose without that extra sugar. SO avoid drinking sodas and other sugar related items such as ice- cream, pop tarts, chocolates, Â etc.
- DO NOT SKIP MEALS!! Some people believe that not eating food will reduce weight- NOT true at all!! Instead of skipping meals eat small 5-6 meals throughout the day. Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced.
- EAT LOTS OF FRUITS and VEGETABLES- Fruits and vegetables contains lots of fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. They are low in calories and helps your stomach stay full.
