5 Secrets to Weight Loss! :))

weight_managementWant to get rid of extra fat?? Well…these simple rules will help you accomplish your goal in a healthy way.

  1. Drink LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of water- about 10 glasses per day. I know it sounds too much but it wont take long until your body gets used to it.
  2. EXERCISE DAILYY!! It is recommended that you exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day. Sometimes I get only 10 minute of excersice, but even those 10 minutes help a lot!
  3. AVOID SUGARY DRINKS! I used to have coke everyday. It was not until I stopped drinking it that I realised how much weight you can loose without that extra sugar. SO avoid drinking sodas and other sugar related items such as ice- cream, pop tarts, chocolates,  etc.
  4. DO NOT SKIP MEALS!! Some people believe that not eating food will reduce weight- NOT true at all!! Instead of skipping meals eat small 5-6 meals throughout the day. Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced.
  5. EAT LOTS OF FRUITS and VEGETABLES- Fruits and vegetables contains lots of fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. They are low in calories and helps your stomach stay full.
