5 Secrets to Weight Loss! :))

Want to get rid of extra fat?? Well…these simple rules will help you accomplish your goal in a healthy way.

Drink LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of water- about 10 glasses per day. I know it sounds too much but it wont take long until your body gets used to it.
EXERCISE DAILYY!! It is recommended that you exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day. Sometimes I get only 10 minute of excersice, but even those 10 minutes help a lot!
